The perfect combo of nuts, fruit and coconut to give you a breakie you’ll actually enjoy. Filled with healthy fats, quality protein and fibre.
I love adding a little fresh ginger and Changing Habits Cacao Melts in this recipe. You can easily whip up enough for the whole week.
Add a probiotic blob of Kultured Wellness coconut yoghurt and fresh berries and you are set.
- 1 serve
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 apple
- 1 Medjool Date
- handful of Almonds
- small knob of ginger or 1/4 tspn of ginger powder
- 3 Cacao Melts or 2 tspn of cacao nibs
- pinch of cinnamon
- Bang it all in a food processor and blitz away to your desired consistency
- Serve with coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit
