Filled with healthy fats that keep you fuller for longer and packed with essential nutrients.

Who doesn't love smashed avo? Well you have to try this one! Chunky or smooth, you decide. With or without feta or onion, you decide! With or without Spring Zing? NEVER!

Serve Zingy Guac as a side with your grills or roasts as it lightens up the feels in Spring instead of a heavy gravy and hot veggies. Serve it with a fresh salad and a well seasoned (Herbalicious) butterflied lamb charred on the BBQ for those smoky feels.

Zingy Smashed Avo

Any day of the week this is a good thing to have on your plate as a side to eggs or just as good with grilled or roasted veg or meats.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced or spooned out
  • 100g feta (sheep & goat)
  • 2 tspns of Spring Zing spice blend (optional, but amazing)
  • 1 small tomato, diced(optional)
  • small handful of fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and fork mash
  2. OR use a small blender.
  3. Taste for salt and spice and add more if you need!
  4. Store in the fridge and eat within a couple of days. It will brown off, but is still safe to eat.

Options:

If you choose to leave out the feta, add the juice of one lemon or lime and you may need more salt.
